Membership programmes providing access to trusted comparative experience datasets, insight dashboards, and peer learning networks.
The Picker International Experience Index, our strategic benchmarking initiative for the 2025 to 2030 cycle, is already supporting improvement across health systems worldwide. With members from Europe, MENA, and Asia, the programme uses a standardised Picker experience tool that is adapted for culture and language to ensure relevance and comparability.
Participating organisations can:
- integrate the Picker tool into their existing experience programmes
- receive country level benchmarking results across all participating countries
- contribute anonymised data securely, in line with local and international regulation, to build the benchmark for the countries their organisation serves
The Picker International Experience Index has launched with an inpatient care benchmark. As the programme develops it will offer opportunities to include additional settings and services. Current members have highlighted Outpatient Care, Maternity Care, Children and Young People’s Services, and Cancer Care as priority areas for expansion.
Members also receive complementary access to the Picker International Experience Forum, where organisations share insight, explore emerging trends, and foster collaboration across health systems.
